     "The reason I created the website was to help out aspiring talent. I remember being clueless in this business at times and not knowing where to get my information from or who was telling me the truth. It's a tricky business. And if you are not guided in the right direction, it's easy to get scammed. After so many years in this, I wanted to give back and help others out. I didn't think the website would have such a strong impact but it did and that's why I went on to creating the program "The Performer's Guide" and other workshops to provide proper training for aspiring models and talent. I feel blessed that I can help others - I have a wonderful group of crew members who believe in this as much as I do and I am eternally grateful to them- and that I can provide so much to people through Maximum Productionz. There is so much more that I want to do with Maximum Productionz but I have to take it one step at a time!"

Lillie has been singing since the age of 4. Come out in various talent shows, competitions, beauty pageants and more. Her first televised appearance was on Univision at the young age of 4 when her parents discovered she had talent. She has 5 titles under her belt - Miss Pre-teen Galaxy Newark,NJ, Miss Co-ed American Pageant 2nd runner-up Cherry Hill,NJ, Miss Puerto Rico of Perth Amboy, NJ,  and Miss Puerto Rico Princessa of Newark,NJ. She has also won many awards for singing and photo contests for modeling. Lillie has sang for many charity and festive events through out NJ, NY, PA, and CT. She has performed and guest starred on shows such as Sabado al Medio Dia (47-as a model), Univision, and local shows such as La Nueva Ola, El DIamante Show, Channel 12, and many more. Lillie made it to week 12 on The Next Big Star! show hosted by Ed McMann whom she performed for in PA. Her voice is one capable of many different music styles. She sings in both English & Spanish, from R&B to Salsa. She has been nicknamed a Latin Songbird for the beauty of her voice. Her song "Me Enganaste" won a competition on Latino MIx 105.9 - it was played on the air followed by an interview and a live performance. Lillie has been featured and interviewed in El Nuevo Coqui Newspaper, El Noticiero Colombiano Hispano, and the Surburban news. She has also worked as a model. A former Coors Light Ring and promotion girl, Miss Presidente for the Dominican Day Parade in Jersey City, Spokesmodel for Femmi Wigs, AT&T print model, hair model for Paul Mitchell, Nioxin, Scrupples and so much more. Acting has also been a part of her career. She has been an extra for many films including Carlitos Angels and The Undying. Musicals, and more. Lillie worked as a model and production assistant for Telemundo 47 for the show "Sabado al Medio Dia." After the TV show was cancelled, she decided she wanted to study communications. Upon entering college, she decided to attend part time so that she could continue to work in the entertainment industry. However, as a Communications Print Journalism major, she quickly joined the college newspaper The Scroll and radio station UCCR 88.1fm. She has written many articles with her own photography and had her own radio show Spanglish Hour for a few semesters. She interned with Walt Disney World taking a WDW communications program and earning a Donald Duckrate Degree. She was even Princess Jasmine for a day! Through out her artistic career, she has had the privlage to meet celebrities and work with tv personas such as Celia Cruz, Ed McMann, Carlos Ponce, Michael Stuart, Jorge Ramos, Carmen Dominici, Luis Jimenez & Moon Shadow from La Mega 97.9, Polito Vega, and many many more. She gives beauty, etiquette, modeling, and acting workshops with Heidy Javier on Saturdays in Hillside NJ. Lillie enjoys helping young aspiring talent and working with them. She has a degree in Print Journalism, is a certified make-up artist, vocal instructor, photographer, and much more! She has many contacts and is always networking with people in the industry. Our Marketing executive...

A  mommy of two, student, and smart little lady with lots of business savvy. When it comes to marketing, Diana's our lady for the job!

Diana Fonseca is currently a full time student at Union County College working on her Associates Degree in Business Marketing. She also is a part time Quality Control Supervisor in a Market Research company in Old Bridge. She has long been in the sales industry and is a very business oriented individual. She likes to be around a lot of different people. Sales and marketing are her passion. She has signed on as our Marketing Executive and will do everything she can to get this project going!

Heidy Javier is one of Maximum Productionz private instructors and event coordinators. She posses a cosmetology license. She was also crowned Miss Ecuador in 1999 and has experience in the pageant industry. She has done extra work in movies and promtional work as a model. Heidy has  three years of teaching experience with ages as young as 5 years and up.  Heidy's expertise lies in her special etiquette classes and runway walking and make up application.

Angelica has been modeling since the age of 8. She has attended two modeling centers where she studied runway, photo pose techniques, etiquette,acting, and more. Angelica also has experience in the pegeant industry and promotions. She has been in many local fashion shows and beauty pageants in the NJ area.Angelica is our youngest crew member working hard to promote Maximum Productionz and has been with the website since the very begining. We are proud to say she's with us

Brenda is a Caracas, Venezuela native who began her career in modeling at the age of 13. She has studied protocol, runway, acting, & photo technique at Giselle's Modeling School in Caracas, Venezuela. She also graduated from La Creme Modeling School in Union, New Jersey and attended other modeling schools in the NJ area. She has been a model for several years in which she has done promotions, fashion shows, & photo shoots.Brenda is constantly networking with new Photographers, Make-Up Artist, Casting Directors, Wardrobe Stylist, & Runway Professionals in the New Jersey & NYC area. In addition, Brenda is a licensed cosmetologist and studying make up artistry.

After a 4 year break from her modeling career, she is ready to get back into action. With tons of ideas, energy, enthusiasm, she plans to help launch Maximumproductionz.com. She is our newest addition here at Maximumproductionz.com and we are happy to have her with us!
